Sometimes it’s not all about shiny new chairs but obsolete old ones..!! Earlier today we visited our client that needed new batteries fitted to their Lifestyle powered wheelchair ready for an upcoming cruise, all sorted and ready for vacation! We have assessed the client for one of our specialist powered wheelchairs and fingers crossed the funding will be finalised shortly to replace the obsolete one ☝🏼 Precision Rehab Limited ... Yesterday we were down on the south coast assessing a very young lady with SMA on our Permobil F5 VS Standing powered wheelchair, fitted with a very small seat system, arm pads, headrest & lower leg length! This morning we have made some changes to the same chair in preparation for an assessment for a tall adult at Stoke Mandeville SCI Unit later today! The Permobil range allows us to make small changes using the same chassis to accommodate all sizes, medical conditions and postural requirements without fuss or costly parts!
